Hong Kong's annual National Day fireworks display lighted up Victoria Harbor on Monday night to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
The 23-minute extravaganza kicked off at 21:00 and was divided into eight scenes, featuring full-moon-shaped fireworks to symbolize the Mid-Autumn Festival and 3D heart-shaped display symbolizing solidarity.
A total of 31,888 fireworks were set off from four vessels, attracting about 300,000 visitors to watch the display.
